1.Network Health shows your current health score. This number should be over 80% to consider the network in good health.

2.Disk Space lists the top 5 server's harddrive usage. A disk with less than 10% remaining space triggers an alarm. Server's disk space impacts the network health score (drive health).

3.Patching shows the current status of windows updates. The closest the network to 100% patched the higher the Update Health under Network Health.

4.Computer OS shows the Operative Systems across the network. Windows XP SP3 and above and Windows Server 2003 and above are considered to be current. The level of OS impacts the Network Health as well.

5.Enviroment Details shows the number of devices present on the network grouped by their type and OS. Network devices include printers, routers, etc.

6.Tickets shows current open tickets and the number of tickets closed over the last 30 days. Tickets are opened by the users, help desk and the monitoring system, when an issue requires an engineer's attention.

7.Alerts are triggered by the monitoring system and may require inmediate attention. These lines show alerts that happened over the last 30 days. This number should be as low as possible.

8.Uptime is the percentage of time the servers or the network has checked into our system. The number should be as close as 100% as possible.

9.Scans reports the number of maintenance activities performed across the network. These activities help to increase the health score and the reliability of the network.

10.Resources are monitored to determine network performance. In most cases, the lowest the number the better the network performs.
