Martin Posse, President of Altronics Communications is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Design Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Graphic Designer and Software and Web Developer. He has 20+ years working on technology support and implementation, as well as graphics, web art, and software development. He holds a degree in Software Engineering and Development and a degree in Advertising and Graphic Design.

He is well known for his participation in the business community including the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Board of Directors. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Mid Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has been the Chair of the GGCC Small Office Home Office Committee and the Marketing Committee for 2 years.

As part of his involvement and interest on giving back to the community, Martin has recently helped to charter a Rotary Club in Germantown and served as Interim President during the first 3 months of the club’s existence. He has also created a Business Networking series of events that support local charitable organizations which was named "Giving Connections – Networking that Makes a Difference."

His many years of experience have given Martin the opportunity to work for many small businesses and government agencies both in Argentina, where he was born and educated, and in the United States of America. Today, his company delivers services internationally to many businesses with a talented bilingual staff, using the most current communication technologies.
